Distinct modern design complemented by high construction quality and top-tier features. The Quicksmart Q20 underfloor heating automation kit is an innovative, professional-quality product designed for long-term use and ease of installation and operation.
Quicksmart Automations Quality Guarantee:
The solution we propose, the Q20 underfloor heating automation kit with a multi-zone controller and wireless thermostats with remote phone access via an app, is modern and much more reliable.
Often, thermostats installed at fixed points are not placed in the best locations; for example, they are mounted too high or too low, placed directly in sunlight, or in areas where air currents are present. Moving them is not easy, as they are wired into the walls.
By carefully planning heating programs, monitoring and managing remotely, and customizing by zone according to the family's schedule and specific needs, the product will pay off its initial cost in 3-4 seasons.
The set is designed for underfloor heating systems, but also for centralized radiator systems via a distributor or mixed systems for homes and apartments. It can be used in both newly constructed installations and existing ones.
The central command unit of the Q20 underfloor heating automation system can send and receive control signals for 32-60 actuators from up to 8 wireless thermostats and can control both the boiler and circulation pump. The system works with any distributor and actuator.
The Q30 is a premium model with an elegant, modern, and minimalist design, featuring an easy-to-read e-Ink digital display and a tempered glass touch front panel, powered by Li-ion batteries, and includes a humidity sensor.
This digital thermostat is designed for managing heating and cooling systems in homes and commercial buildings. It offers cutting-edge features and functionalities to improve comfort and energy savings. The user interface is easy to use, allowing for simple operation. It can be used individually to control a single heating unit or in complex automation systems, like the Q20 Automation Kit.
One of the main advantages of e-Ink technology is its extremely low power consumption. Due to the low refresh rate, black pixels may appear for 1 second when entering menus, submenus, or changing displayed information. This is not a defect. The screen can display in positive or negative, white or black modes.
E-Ink uses small capsules containing electrically charged particles (white and black) suspended in a liquid. When an electric field is applied to these capsules, the particles move and change the pixel color, forming the displayed image.
E-Ink technology is known for low energy consumption because energy is only needed to change the image, not to maintain it.
It provides a static image without flicker, similar to paper, offering a more natural reading experience without eye strain.
Advantages:
Low energy consumption: One of the main advantages of E-Ink technology is the extremely low power usage. Devices can run for weeks without needing a recharge.
Readability in natural light: E-Ink screens are very efficient in bright light, including direct sunlight, where LCD or OLED screens can become difficult to read due to glare.
No eye strain: Since it doesn’t emit direct bright light, it's more comfortable for prolonged reading.
Disadvantages:
Low refresh rate: E-Ink screens are not suitable for displaying dynamic content (such as videos or games) because they have a lower refresh rate compared to LCD or OLED screens.
Color limitations: While there are color E-Ink versions, they do not offer color reproduction as vivid as other display technologies.
· The electronic temperature sensor allows adjustments.
This function is used to calibrate the room temperature displayed by the thermostat if the actual room temperature differs from the displayed one. For example, if the actual room temperature is 21.5°C but the thermostat shows 23°C, you can set this value to -1.5, and then the thermostat will indicate 21.5°C.
This is the temperature maintained when the thermostat is in frost protection mode. If the room temperature is below 5°C (default), the thermostat will turn on the heating until the room temperature exceeds 5°C.
This function allows you to increase the thermostat's switching differential. The default value is 0°C, meaning with a set temperature of 20°C, the thermostat will turn on the heating at 19.5°C and turn it off at 20.5°C. With a differential of 0.5°C, the heating will turn on at 19°C and off at 21°C.
When the child lock is ON, the buttons will lock once the backlight turns off. Press the up and down buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds to unlock it for a temporary adjustment.
When the open window detection function is activated in the parameter settings, the system will automatically turn off the heating when it detects a sudden drop in room temperature (2°C in 15 minutes by default). This usually happens when a window or door is opened while the heating is running in that area.
The e-Hub is designed for quick and easy setup to remotely control your thermostats through the Smart Life app.
For locations with mixed heating systems (underfloor heating combined with radiators) or for automating radiator heating systems, we present the QTV20 smart thermostatic heads for radiators. When used with the Q20 underfloor heating system, they offer a complete solution for control and automation.
