For deliveries in the European Space, we only accept payment by Card when placing the order
The payment of the order is made in several ways:
- Cash / Refund
Cash payment is also known as cash on delivery payment. Payment is made in lei, within the maximum limit of 5,000 lei for legal entities and 10,000 lei for natural persons, they represent the value of the order including VAT.
Payment will be made when the courier arrives with the products at the requested delivery address.
- Based on the proforma invoice with payment order (OP).
Payment by money order is also known as payment by bank transfer. You will receive the payment details in the order confirmation email. We recommend that after completing the bank transfer, you send proof of payment to heaters.online@gmail.com. The bank transfer can also be done through Internet Banking.
- By bank card. Debit Card, Credit Card in 1 - 6 installments without interest
Up to 6 installments with Credit Card. BT, BRD, Alpha, Garanti, Credit Europe
Payment is made using a debit/ credit card. You will be redirected to the online payment processor we work with, NetopiaMobilPay.ro, so that the payment can be made in full security*. It is necessary to fill in all the data that NetopiaMobilPay.ro requests through the form (surname, surname, card number, security code). After this moment, the amount of money is blocked in your account and you can check it. If you choose this payment method, you are not charged any additional commission for transactions.
There are no additional fees or commissions. Card data processing is done exclusively on the processor's servers. We do not request or store any details related to your card.
